Accessible seats

Disabled guests and their personal assistants can purchase tickets for the IBI 2019 at a reduced price.
For each session, a sufficient but limited number of seats is reserved.

Please note: to avoid any abuse, only the disabled person will be able to collect the tickets and only on the day the tickets are valid for.

IMPORTANT: YOU DO NOT NEED TO BOOK GROUND TICKETS. Ground tickets can be purchased at the main entrance, at the ticket office.

How to book tickets

STEP 1 - Registration
The registration can only be made in the name of either the disabled person or by their parents/legal guardian if they will be booking tickets on behalf of the disabled person who is a minor child. 

- New user
1) click on “Register”
2) fill all the fields in, select “I agree to Accessible Seats Terms and Coditions and submit purchase request”, a pop-up will appear to upload a scanned copy of proof of eligibility. Select the file on your computer and click on "upload". Fill the form in with the child's name, in case of a minor.
3) click on “create new account” at the bottom of the page to complete your registration. An email will be sent to your email address to activate your account. Please note this email does not approve your request yet
- Already a user
1) log-in
2) click on “Account” and “Edit account”
3) fill all the fields in, select “I agree to Accessible Seats Terms and Coditions and submit purchase request”, a pop-up will appear to upload a scanned copy of proof of eligibility. Select the file on your computer and click on "upload". Fill the form in with the child's name, in case of a minor.
4) click on “Save” to complete your registration

STEP 2 - Approval
Once your request is precessed you will be notified by email whether if it is approved or rejected.

STEP 3 - Purchase TICKETS FOR SALE FROM MARCH 5TH 11.00 AM
1) log-in
2) click on “purchase”, select “Central Court - accessible seating” or “Grand Stand Arena – accessible seating”
3) select the session of your choice
4) select the seating area
5) a pop-up will appear: if you require a personal assistant, you must also book them a ticket. Select option “accessible seat with personal assistant” or “accessible seat without personal assistant” and add to cart
6) select “continue purchase” or “checkout”
 

PLEASE NOTE: For each session, the number of seats available is limited.
